Job description:
Confer with clients to identify and document requirements
Conduct business and technical studies
Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions
Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery
Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware
Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems
Write the technical and functional specifications of the systems
Give advice and make recommendations to clients and/or other team members
Deploy, configure and integrate applications according to customer needs and requirements
Perform a technology watch on Atlassian and Ecosystem Apps tools
Manage the end-to-end customer relationship throughout the duration of the project
Assist the client and participate in meetings with the client (possibly alongside the main consultants as a shadowing opportunity)
Communicate effectively with clients (mail/face-to-face) on issues related to service delivery
Write and document reports
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, business administration or a related discipline or Completion of a college program in computer science is required.
Experience: Given the importance of our projects, we require at least 3 years of experience as a computer programmer
-A minimum of 2 years of working experience with Atlassian Tools, implementing Atlassian projects, Agile implementations and customer technical implementations are required (This requirement is included between the 3 years of experience that are requested for the position)
-The individual must have prior experience in consulting, technical support, software development or pre-sales activity ideally for the Atlassian products or similar collaborative tools
-Atlassian technical certificate is a strong asset
-Experience in carrying out large technical projects is required
-Experience with Docker is a strong asset

Important information:
