· Salary: $55.00 /hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Plan, guide, control, and oversee all operations of information technology and functions, evaluating them according to established goals
2.Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
3.Lead the IT department to design, develop, implement and operate the software project
4.Assess the information technology needs and make upgrade recommendations
5.Oversee the security of systems, networks, and enterprise information
6.Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, and determine the requirements and timelines with them
7.Communicate within the IT team and across departments as needed
8.Control budget and report on expenditure
Hire, supervise and manage other IT staff in the team, including tech support, software developers

Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
1.A Bachelor’s degree is required
2.Minimum 5 years experience working in IT projects
3.Minimum 3 years of management experience overseeing IT teams and projects
4.Understanding of computer systems, networks, security, databases and storage systems
5.Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects
6.Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
7.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
8.Team oriented
