Detailed Job Description:
-As a Google Cloud Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers availing of Google Cloud’s Free Trial offering. Free Trials represent the main entry point for customers new to Google Cloud’s services and products and you will focus on assisting them in achieving their goals.
-Agents will work both independently and in collaboration with Engineering & Sales teams to engage & assist prospective customers on their Google Cloud journey.
-Agents must be detail oriented, highly proactive and organized to respond to customers needs and have a good level of technical Cloud expertise. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, strive to hit and exceed sales targets and are motivated by generating their own pipeline.

• Min. 2 years of relevant work experience (SaaS, IaaS & PaaS)
• A solid understanding of the Cloud industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive and positive approach to tasks
• Objective and analytical approach to decision making
• Performance oriented, confident and proactive individual motivated by customer satisfaction
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision and have a strong passion for technology
• Understanding of US market and local business environment
• Proven experience in a technical customer support role
• Proven ability to quickly establish trustworthy relations with prospects to assess their needs

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
-Execution and Productivity
• Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators, like service-level-agreement (SLA) & Customer Satisfaction (CSat)
• Explain Google technical products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they can support the client’s needs
• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by ensuring exceptional support & services experience
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Engineering teams and assist them in reaching their goals.
• Navigate, analyze and interpret technical documentation for Google Cloud products.
• Complete the necessary training and certification about Google Solutions, Competition and Customers pain points
• Understand prospects' pain points, understand technical requirements, correlate business needs to available Google Cloud solutions and build value for the client
-Knowledge, Use of Tools
• Understand Google Cloud ecosystem and the value prop to businesses of different solutions (SaaS, IaaS & PaaS), verticals, sizes, and audiences.
• Use expert knowledge in CRM to ensure accounts, leads, and opportunities are accurate
• Effectively use Google productivity tools, email, chat and video conference solutions
• Effectively communicate Google Cloud architecture set-ups to address the customer needs.
• Excellent language skills written and verbal
