Help Desk Technician

SNI Technology has been retained to assist in filling a Help Desk Technician role for a great local Jacksonville healthcare client. This is a contract role that will start onsite for training and then transition to fully remote.

Starting Salary: Between $17/hr.-$18/hr.
Work Schedule: 11am - 7:30pm Monday-Friday

Ideal Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience providing customer support or technical assistance for incoming concerns related to software and hardware issues


• Experience working with heavy phone volume or remote support


• Great communication and interpersonal skills.


• High School Diploma.


• Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass Background Check and Drug Screen.
