JOB DESCRIPTION
The Wholesale Establishment Manager, at Ambience Crafts Inc., will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the activities of the company. The position will require the ability and knowledge to manage service location in City of Edmonton, Alberta. He/She/They will be mindful of the impact on material, human resources during the implementation of these strategies. He/She/They will also strive to create a nurturing and positive work environment at Ambience Crafts Inc.
EMPLOYMENT LENGTH: PERMANENT 30Hrs Full Time
LANGUAGE OF WORK: ENGLISH
WAGE: $40/Hr
LOCATION: Edmonton, AB
JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Wholesale Establishment Manager at Ambience Crafts Inc. will include but are not limited to:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of company wholesale business
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets and authorize expenditures
• Resolve customer complaints
• Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATION
• Completion of secondary school is required
• A university degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service being sold is preferable
• 1-3 years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are required
