Dr. Ma's Laboratories Inc. is looking for the suitable individual for its Burnaby, BC location. The details are as follows:
Job title: Business Services Manager

Work Location: Burnaby, BC

Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Wages: $45.44 CAD per hour
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Main duties
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of establishments that provide services to business, and ensure the quality of those services and client satisfaction and POC for clients.
• Represent company to survey, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate customer service with external and internal parties;
• Provide consulting services to the company and client on NHPD regulations
• Coordinate with different departments to establish, develop action plan, provide expertise in response to client needs,
• Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
• Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts,
• Apply for Natural Product Number (NPN) and connect with Health Canada on any product/regulatory issues
• Research and develop product formulations and marketing material based on consumer needs and provide advise on the medicinal claims allowed
• Assist staff with administrative or technical problems
• Report to the general manager

Job Requirements:
Employment requirements
• A college diploma from an accredited university is required;
• 5 years of management experience in medical or natural health industry is required.
Others:
• Candidates with professional knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical field will be given a priority.
• Familiarity with business service management is a must.
• Good at communication and exchanges, management and training capabilities.
• Exceptional time management skills, attention to details, team player and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi- task, independence and prioritise multiple projects.
