Job Description:
An Administrative Services Manager is needed to fulfill our commitments to all valuable customers and to ensure the company runs smoothly. The Administrative Services Manager will oversee, plan and coordinate all the supportive services such as departmental budget planning, recordkeeping, maintaining facilities, allocating supplies, overseeing staffs, etc.
Duties include:
• Participating in long-range planning and the development of departmental and divisional goals, strategic plans, and objectives
• Overseeing staff development, training programs, policy development, and special projects
• Leading and guiding finance and administration staff to unparalleled customer service for both internal and external clients
• Assisting General Manager and participating and/or leading small administrative projects
• Creating, maintaining, and overseeing the coordination and documentation of training programs for employees
• Analyzing contract-related documents to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
• Representing the organization at meetings for business developments and industry events
• Evaluating, developing and recommending office procedures, practices, and internal controls to increase organizational efficiency and safeguard financial assets


Job Requirements:
Qualification and requirements
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position within an office environment
• A degree or diploma in related administrative services field
• Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in MS Office products
• High level organization and communication skills
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment, handling multiple demanding priorities at once and acting with a sense of urgency

This is a full-time permanent position. 35 hours/week. Paid $84,000 per annum.
