About the job:
We are hiring a highly motivated, hands-on and experienced Operation Manager to join our growing team. The right candidate will oversee all aspects of our operations and to improve standardized business process and procedures for our company.
Job Duties:
• Develop and improve administrative systems, including maximizing the efficiency of internal procedures, reviewing current administrative activities
• Oversee the daily administrative activities of the company including ensuring proper maintenance of file records, staff records, accounting records, inventory records, etc.
• Streamline office operations to maximize quality and efficiency while reducing costs.
• Oversee company’s daily operation
• Assist in project management and analysis of projects and scheduling of reports on projects
• Help construction teams to monitor the projects as they are being carried out to ensure the work is done according to outlined specification, and that they also conform with project timetable.
• Perform other required duties as required by management.
Skills and Qualifications
• 2-3 years in a similar role is required
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationship at all levels
