Job duties:
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
· Manage staff and assign duties
· Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
· Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes
and effect of competitors' operations on sales
· Implement price and credits policies
· Develop and implement marketing strategies
· Resolve escalated customer complaints and supply shortages
· Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
· Determine staffing requirements
· Recruit, hire and train staff and/or volunteers
