Field Service Technician Electronics Repair Tech Automated Industrial Pharmaceutical Production Line Inspection Equipment Machine Vision Sensors Robots Lasers Cameras Coordinate Measuring _ .
Maintain and repair automated quality, inspection and process control equipment for bottle manufacturing & packaging operations including:
--- PET & Glass Bottles Non-Contact Sensor Based Measurement System
--- Machine Vision Defect Detection
--- Multi Measure Robotics - Pressure Test, Dimensional Measurement, Finish Guauging, Weight, Thickness, etc.
--- Coordinate Measuring Machines CMM
--- Automated Sampling
Initial Set-up Responsibilities:
*** Site prep and installation.
*** Commissioning.
*** Testing and verification.
*** Training end users.
Maintenance and Repair Responsibilities:
*** Identify problem.
*** Devise and implement solution.
*** Test and verify completion.
*** Educate customer and document procedures.
