Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 2-3 years of related retail sales experience is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in management or in another related field is asset.

Job Duties:
• Ensure the smooth sales functions of the pet store
• Prepare work schedules and manage all procedures
• Coordinate and assign work to workers
• Arrange training or train workers in job duties
• Prepare purchase orders, requisition and invoices
• Make market research to increase sale.
• Control inventory monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Make order and follow up with suppliers/wholesalers to ensure timely delivery
• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations engaged in sales.
• Resolve customer complaints and follow up with them about product
