Job Description:
AspireUs Business Services Inc is one of the leading residential and commercial cleaning services. We are looking for one full-time and permanent Business management consultant to join our team.
Job Title: Business management consultant (NOC 11201)
Location: 201-1405 St Paul Street, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 2E4
Hourly wage: $40 for 30-40 hours a week
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
Requirements:
• Completion of bachelor’s degree
• At least 3- 5 years of work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Excellent interpersonal and business management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Job Duties:
• Analyze business management policies and strategies in order to provide advice on improvements to maximize efficiency
• Oversee the operations in all management divisions including operation, human resources, and finance to ensure maximum productivity
• Develop new company policies from time to time to meet the business needs as required
• Ensure that the company operations are in compliance with all government laws and regulations
• Conduct due diligence and quality checks to ensure smooth company operations
• Plan the re-organization of operation as required
