Digital Project Manager
Hybrid -Pittsburgh, PA
What You’ll Do
As a Digital Project Manager, you’ll provide strategic and tactical support for digital initiatives, such as corporate email campaigns, websites, integrations and marketing automation efforts!
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage strategic initiatives to develop, evaluate and deliver content and features through various digital marketing mediums. Identify key decisions and risks to facilitate their solutions.
• Identify and consider opportunities to enhance the client journey from a digital and firm perspective.
• Oversee web enhancement projects as requested. Consider user analysis, brand standards, compliance/regulatory requirements and integrations as strategy is developed.
• Assist with the development and day-to-day execution of Federated Hermes’ marketing automation efforts including email campaign management, sales lead generation and multi-channel marketing. Help identify and implement best practices within marketing automation tool and for integration/sync into CRM.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or digital marketing communications or other degree with relevant experience
• Minimum five years of digital marketing experience required; marketing of investment management products preferred
• Experience with Marketo and/or Eloqua for marketing automation for email campaign management, sales lead generation and multi-channel marketing
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with content management systems and HTML a plus
• Experience with business analysis a plus
