Job Description:
Token Studio Inc. is a designer toys retailer that is founded in 2020. Our mission is to bring joy and excitement to all toy lovers who like collectable toys and blind box toys. Our first priority with Token is to spread as much elegant sculptural art as we possibly can!
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director, our Online Marketing Manager will drive growth for our online business and build brand awareness. Providing leadership across all marketing channels and brand creativity, this role is focused on delivering business and brand objectives through marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans and campaigns that support business objectives.
• Establish marketing strategies and priorities for online business in conjunction with the sales department.
• Develop, evaluate, and manage social media and online presences to ensure our company leverages channel best practices across e-commerce, email, social, and public relations.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate online sales platforms and software in order to manage online business models and strategies for an organization
• Monitor and optimize program strategies and campaigns by identify trends and insights in digital marketing, in collaboration with management.
• Enhance productivity by optimizing workflows across creative, e-Commerce, CRM, and sales teams.
• Communicate with partners by offering relevant information, competitive data and sales collateral as it relates to marketing campaigns.
• Compile a budget for online marketing and report on it according to the request.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of relevant brand/marketing experience
• Experience working in online marketing or eCommerce
• Management experience preferred
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, permanent, M-F, 32 to 40 hours per week
Salary and Benefits:
• $50 per hour
• Dental and pension
• 10 days’ vacation annually or vacation pay
