Job Description:
● Time and territory management to accomplish daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals including defining market demographics, competitor analysis, prospecting new business and existing account knowledge.
● Direct, develop and oversee the market research studies, analyze findings and presenting reports with key stakeholders, executives, and project teams.
● Guide and lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across channels like: Website, Email, Partnerships, Events, and social media
● Develop and execute marketing strategies, tactics and plans for the business to increase revenue and market share.
● Build, manage, and leverage relationships with key stakeholders, developers, production managers, project teams, clients, product leads, suppliers, and corporate communications to market products and services and to ensure their cooperation and engagement
● Provide training, guidance, support, feedback, development, and performance management to the marketing team
Job Requirements:
● A Bachelor’s Degree is required, field of study in marketing, business administration or in a related field is preferred
● Minimum 3+ years of experience in a marketing management role is required
● Specialization of client-side brand-building, marketing project management & marketing research analytics
● Excellent strategic planning, financial management and team management skills
● The ability to multitask and excellent time management skills
● Track record of success in developing marketing strategic campaign to boost product sales and brand awareness
● Previous work experience within IT or software industry is preferred.
● Highly motivated, results oriented and passionate about performance-based content development.
● Great interpersonal and communication skills
