MY Construction Supply is a manufacturer and distributor of concrete accessories, fasteners and building products. Our experienced engineers in research, design, manufacturing and quality control will offer you the highest quality products and best solution for any construction projects.
We are now looking for a visionary, driven self-starter to be Marketing Manager to join us to maximize the productivity, efficiency, and employee satisfaction within the company.
Job Type: Permanent & Full-time
Salary: $45~$55/hour
Working Hours: 7 hours per day and 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday
Working Location:48 DALKEITH DR. BRANTFORD, ON N3P1N6
Job Duties:
• Drive business growth and profitability through establishing new distribution channels;
• Initiate market research studies and analyze the findings and report to senior management to make sound decisions;
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and to promote the sales of the company’s products;
• Analyze and interpret data to measure performance of the company’s campaigns and systems;
• Cooperate with other departments to introduce new products to reflect market demands;
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics for all digital platforms and marketing campaigns;
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is required;
• 5+ years of related management experience is required;
• Strong understanding of marketing across channels and vehicles and strong ability to find new opportunities;
• Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions;
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
• Highly organized, focused individual who excels in relationship building, which is critical to the success of this position;
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing KPI’s;
• Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
