Job Responsibilities & Description Claims Resolution Specialist:
- Examine patient accounts that require further action
- Work with insurance companies on unpaid claims
- Respond to claim denials and confirm reimbursements
- Maintain a productive workflow
Job Requirements Claims Resolution Specialist:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with collections, high volume account representative and/or insurance claim processing
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Windows Office technologies
- Must possess High School diploma or GED
