Job Description:

Job duties
- Promote the brand and projects of the company to new customers and maintain relationships with customers
- Create advertising campaigns, ensure maximum profits, and manage public relations and company image
- Collect research on current trends, standard, customer preferences and relative information to guide marketing strategies and conduct customer analysis
- Develop detailed travel project plan, including campaign goals, timing, and messaging
- Assist in the planning, content creation, and goal setting for our social media channels
- Advise the brand strategy team on the market to define trends and SWOT, market opportunities and risks
- Communicate with customers about travel projects, respond to inquiries promptly and track customer reviews
- Develop messaging and positioning for markets and services, and according to the tourism market timely adjustment and effective control
- Make strategic decisions for tourism business construction, including budget management and project management
- Identify the weaknesses of existing tourism marketing and formulate pragmatic solutions within budget constraints
- Interview, hire, and train marketing staff members
Job Requirements:

·- Bachelor's degree in business marketing, public relations, communications, or a discipline related to a particular subject matter is required
·- Over 5 of years social media, advertising or other related marketing experience
·- 2 years of experience in a management position is required
·- Excellent personal skills, such as familiarity with various Internet e-commerce promotion and media strategies
·- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
·- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
·- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
