JOB OVERVIEW:



This position is responsible for leading sales and customer success technology administration, workflows, and technology integration planning and deployment. Leverages advanced understanding of business operations and technology to influence and develop solutions that improve customer facing technology and processes. Supporting the Brasseler sales teams with timely reporting, software management and in-depth analysis of sales data. Combines an understanding of core Sales business processes with data warehousing and reporting expertise and translates them into actionable business intelligence. Advises senior leadership on data inputs to inform decision making on sales plans and coordinates with sales, customer success, operations, finance, and development to resolve complex problems. Provide executive summaries of data with key takeaways to sales leadership. Become a resource for software implementation/troubleshooting. Key player in adopting new software and providing guidance on usage/execution upon mastery.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Gathers and summarizes reports leveraging CRM Software & Qlikview - Acts as Commercial Owner for reporting and analysis

  • Works with internal customers to gather requirements and scope data usage.

  • Serves as an advisor to senior leadership on the impact of sales contests and incentives based on market analysis and data analytics. Engage with key stakeholders to understand business strategy and goals. Translate requirements into analytical projects, and oversee schedules, resources, and deliverables of team to ensure completion of data projects.

  • Studies customer's requirements and determines if the business processes for gathering, cleansing, and ensuring the quality of data are adequate. Enhance sales productivity by simplifying processes, utilizing existing tools and evaluating alternatives.

  • Oversee rollout of sales enablement products and best practices; identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Manages Sales Contests from a data/analytical perspective; reports sales achievements based on contest parameters

  • Analysis of call center data; providing updates on KPI's to management regularly. Analyze and report on category performance and market. Reports will include sales analysis along with the development of any necessary plan of action to increase sales.

  • Perform lead analysis, lead assignment, and review lead qualification process; coordinate with marketing to minimize potential gaps in workflows.

  • Account Maintenance - performs monthly account audit

  • Provide key insights to management team based on data pulled from multiple systems to drive future action for the Sales & Customer service teams

  • Provides written commentary, interpretation, and recommendations on the report details.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

PREFERRED EDUCATION:



Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent preferred. May hold two or more industry certifications.



TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:



Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
