Performance Sales & Accessories is now hiring!
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Marketing Manager (Asian Market) to market our products and services to our local and surrounding Asian communities. This position entails overseeing and coordinating all community-specific marketing and promotional activities. This is a guaranteed full time position.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50.00 /hour
Experience:
− 5+ years of experience in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns for Asian markets, such as for Chinese-speaking customers
− 5+ years of experience in marketing for the automobile industry
− Minimum college diploma in marketing or advertising
Skills and capabilities:
− Skilled in marketing communications to the Asian market, in particular the Chinese-speaking market
− Excellent relationship building and communication skills in Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese
− Good understanding of the automobile sales and servicing industries
− Able to take ownership of a marketing campaign from start to finish
− Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, able to coordinate marketing activities among multiple personnel
Position specifics:
− Leverage CRM data and market trends to analyse the purchasing habits and consumer insights of Asian customers and tailor marketing programs for maximum reach
− Develop strategic monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans, with the goal of increasing consumer awareness and sales
− Budget for paid advertisements and measure the effectiveness of marketing spend
− Assemble and lead a team of internal and external creative partners including graphic designers, website landing page developers, copywriters, translators, and media freelancers to create and launch marketing and advertising campaigns
− Lead the creation of compelling and attractive marketing and sales materials in Chinese and other languages, including sales sheets, flyers, posters, brochures, and website content
− Build media strategies targeting Chinese and Asian customers on a variety of targeted free and paid marketing channels, such as WeChat, Weibo, community BBS and forums, and email newsletters
− Plan for and oversee sales events, pricing promotions, and community outreach initiatives
− Assist in communications with Chinese suppliers for car parts and accessories
