Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Job

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer a wide variety of inbound calls from new and existing customers.


• Assess customer needs and concerns to provide accurate information.


• Recognize potential opportunities for additional business and educate customers.


• Make outbound calls to obtain potential leads as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous customer service in a call center environment.


• Superior communication skills and phone presence.


• Bilingual Spanish is required.


• Proficient in MS Office.


• Previous sales experience a plus.


• Ability to work a schedule between the hours of 7am and 7pm Mon.- Fri.
