Job Description
1153663 B.C. Ltd.. is committed to deliver high quality printing and embroidery services within the Greater Vancouver and Lower Mainland region. We are currently looking for 1 Sales Manager-Retail.
Job duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
• Implement price and credits policies
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and supply shortages
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Determine staffing requirements
• Recruit, hire and train staff and/or volunteers

REQUIREMENTS
Education: Completion of a secondary (high) school is required
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience is required.
Language: Excellent communication skills in English
