Job Description:
Create and illustrate from Idea to graphic design using hand drawing and computer software such as adobe family (illustrator, photo shop, in design) and advance knowledge of Microsoft office.
Provide customers ways to come up with a design from customers idea.
Estimate costs of materials and time to complete graphic designs and illustrations
Make Vinyl cuts and masking them and make them ready for installation.
Keep up to date with design and software trends.
Making copies and prints, using advance digital press printers such as xerox, Richo, HP, and wide format printers such as Rolland, Muttoh
Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials to meet their needs
Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives
Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements of the subjects to be rendered using traditional tools, multimedia software and image processing, layout, and design software
Co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials,
Supervise other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians.
Job Requirements:
Using large format inkjet printers for generating inkjet proofs
Very strong Adobe Illustrator skills is a must! You will use Illustrator extensively
Experience with digital printing presses (Ricoh, Konica, Xerox) and Fiery Rips is required
Creative ability and artistic talent, as demonstrated by a portfolio of work, is required
