Typical Day in the Life
A typical day as an ERC Tax Senior Associate might include the following:

  • Manage multiple tasks and client needs.

  • Conduct calls with clients to discuss eligibility for the credit and information needed to claim the credit.

  • Gather data and analyze payroll and health plan expenditures for inclusion in the employee retention credit.

  • Delegate work to staff and perform calculation and report review.

  • Prepare reports and other documents as required.

  • Participate and help lead training for new staff and interns.


Who You Are

  • You have a knack for solving problems and easily notice issues while bringing solutions to the table.

  • You have knowledge of and exposure to a variety of industries.

  • You are a self-starter and enjoy working independently.

  • You have strong computer skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • In addition to all of this, you have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; plus a minimum of 2 years of experience with tax credit work and related incentives.

  • Ideally, candidate would have 6 months to 1 year of employee retention credit experience.
Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
