Job Duties:
You will perform the following responsibilities
• Watch over the management of the store, establish the policies, and ensure that all employees follow the policies and procedure.
• Recruiting and training new employees, monitoring daily task assignment, supervising and coaching staff.
• Develop good relationships with clients, handle clients’ complaints and guarantee service quality.
• Ensure grooming schedule is being booked as efficiently as possible to improve store sales.
• Monitor sales performance and various expenses, and create a positive team to achieve the goal of the store.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Improve store’s reputation by advertising on social media and partnering with community businesses
Requirement:
• Secondary School Diploma
• 1 to 3 years relevant experience is required
