Description:
• Key business partner to internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Account Management, Implementation, new and renewing clients and Third Party Administrators
• The position will have oversight and accountability for Medical Care Solutions product and group implementations, RFP responses, internal and external client audits, program presentations as needed, creation and maintenance of program materials.
• This position is responsible for driving collaboration within Medical Care Solutions to maximize effectiveness and efficiency related to operational and system enhancements.
• Will maintain collateral on the Sales ePod and coordinate with Brand, Legal and the Privacy office.
• Ensure data exchanges with TPAs and increase automation within Shield Link.
• Works in collaboration with other BSC teams to execute on initiatives and programs by working with key account team members, oversee and develop high-cost case summaries, finalist presentations, triage operational escalations, maintain the Medical Care Solutions intake database
• Leads critical initiatives that require cross team or business unit oversight as assigned, including support to key customers and programs.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus 8-10 years' experience in operations, systems, data management
• Excel, Power Point, Word, and Visio
• Project planning and management
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Health-care experience required. Familiarity with health care delivery system in California.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to speak comfortably to diverse audiences
Preferred:
• Experience in leadership
• Ability to synthesize voluminous information into a concise story
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including active listening, self-management and awareness, emotional intelligence, and ability to flex interpersonal style situationally
• Collaborative approach
• Good skills with critical thinking, negotiation, and creative problem solving
• Strong organization skills and business acumen
