Job Description:
Variety auto sales Ltd. Located in Port Coquitlam is looking for full time permanent Retail Sales Manager to join their team as soon as possible.
Job duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Resolve customer complaints
• Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.
• Implement price and credits policies.
• Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
• Preparation and management of sales promotions and contests.
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
• Develop a network of clients that come to you for any upgrades in service for themselves or their friends and family
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service being sold may be required.
• Several years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.
Salary: $ 31.00 Hourly for 40 Hours per week with benefits as per as company policy
