Primary Job Duties:
 Lead the continuous improvement of the quality of customer service to ensure parents' satisfaction
 Oversee all administrative functions of the company and direct administrative staff in daily operations, provide training to new hires in administrative departments
 Identifies solutions to improve current administrative processes, present the solutions to manage and implement the solutions after receiving management approval
 Maintain the company's calendar of events, plan and provide supports for various internal and public activities throughout the school year
 Ensures all classroom and IT equipment are functional, coordinating with external contractors on maintenance and repair of facilities
 Plan and control budget for office supplies, track and submit all office-related expenses and invoices to finance with the correct coding in timely manner, compile monthly report to management for review
 Coordinate working schedules for teachers and office staff, process changes, updates, and other requests, such as vacation and maternity leave, to make sure smooth operation of the company
 Delegate and supervise the management of all kinds of documents, student records and learning resources

Job Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree of Education, English Literature or related field
 Minimum Five years of experience in administrative services and working in a leadership role, leading staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams
 Experience in early childhood education institutions or elementary school
 Proficient with Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
 Knowledge of general administration office procedures including records management, budgeting, and monthly reporting
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
 Demonstrated ability in corporate core competencies including customer service, teamwork and accountability
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
