Job Description:
•Establish partnerships with local educational institutions in Canada and develop and expand company’s own educational programs
•Establish management norms for internal operations and management mechanism for external agency channels
•Organize and manage the departments and supervise associated senior managers and be responsible for the performance of the business
•Coordinate and allocate the resources, establish corresponding management mechanisms for finance, marketing, administration and sales performance, and supervise the implementation
•Recruit and train senior mangers and middle managers, and recruit and train agents in China
•Co-ordinate the work of departments, as well as internal and external work
•Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.
Job Requirements:
•Education: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline in education
•3+ years of direct teaching or teaching management experience
•Secondary school education experience is an asset
•Student resources in Chinese education system is an asset
•Language: English is a must and Chinese is an asset
