Job Description:
We Beautyland Salon serving clients in an atmosphere that creative, professional, inspiring, unique and fun. We offer a variety of services including professional hair cutting and styling, manicures and pedicures, and often cosmetics, makeup, makeovers and many more.
We are looking for a Store Manager to work in our salon.
Position Vacant: 1
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience is required.
Education: Secondary (high) school certificate is required

Responsibilities:
Manage staff and assign duties, Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales, Develop and implement marketing strategies, Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
