JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title : HR Management Consultant.

Terms of Employment : Permanent, Full-time
Hours of work : 30~40 hours/week
Wage : $40.00/hour

Benefits : 4% of vacation pay

JOB DUTIES
• Execute and evaluate human resources including contractors and additional manpower needed to manage construction site
• Control job training programs and maintain human resources information not limited to employees but contractors as well
• Counsel employer, employees, and other contractors on the interpretation of HR policies, contract policies, compensation, and benefits when applied
• Arbitrate labor disputes and complaints on behalf of employers or employees, and resolve problems in employee and labour relations
• Investigate occupational classifications, job descriptions, salary, and competency assessment system
• Organize and administer staffing, training and compensation according to employees' and contractors' duties
• Prepare employee and contractor performance evaluation programs
• Research and deliver employee benefits, health and safety practices, and HR-related training sessions
• Act as an internal consultant to troubleshoot and resolve training problems
• Recruit and oversee training of workers and contractors when needed

Job Requirements:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• 3 - 5 years of professional Job training and/or HR management experience and a Bachelor's Degree is required; OR
• 5 years of demonstrated experience in analytic consulting, strategy development, and internal administration and a Bachelor's Degree is required; OR
• A university degree or college diploma in human resources management or a related field, such as business administration, industrial relations, commerce, or psychology, or completion of a professional development program in human resources administration is required.
• Effective communication and presentation skills are required
