HR/Recruiting Coordinator
This job is primarily responsible for assisting the HR/Recruiting team with duties as needed.

Job Duties:

• Handles employment application intake as needed.


• Performs HRIS data entry/personnel file maintenance via ADP.


• Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures.


• Assists with new-employee orientation.


• Schedule staff meetings and conferences by reserving facilities when needed.


• File papers and documents into appropriate employee files.


• Order supplies for the HR Department,


• Maintain calendars for HR Department staff; schedule meetings as needed.


• Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions.


• Prepares job postings and other HR correspondence as needed.


• Responds to reference checks and verifications of employment status.


• Assists with HR projects.


• Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.


• Assists with benefits enrollment for new employees.


• Complete I-9 for new hires/maintain I-9 records.


• Submit the online applicant investigation requests and assist with new employee background checks as needed.


• Prepare all new hire files and verify all new hire paperwork is signed and complete.


• Update HR database records/process paperwork for new hires, terminations, and other status changes.


• Assist with the performance review process/recruitment and interview process, including candidate travel.


• Assist with employee retention efforts.


• Visit dealerships and meet with employees as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college or degree is preferred.


• 2+ year of experience in an office environment.


• Valid driver's license & satisfactory driving record.


• ADP Workforce now experience a plus!
