Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Supervising the operation of the Human Resources Department, such as planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating.
- Planing human resources qualification with other department managers.
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Coordinating and overseeing recruitment activities for the company, including domestic recruitment and open recruitment.
- Involve in scheduling and coordinating employee information meetings on employment policy, benefits and compensation.
- Managing employee benefits programs, such as employee development, training, health and safety programs, and etc.
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Advising other department managers on human resources policies, such as equal employment opportunity.
- Handling discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Job Requirements:
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in business or in a related field are required.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Professional or in a related occupation are required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management position is required.
Problem analysis, creative problem-solving working with facts and data reaching valid conclusions.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Collaboration and team ethic; able to work within a leadership team.
Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
Ability to function and thrive independently.
Strong interpersonal skills.
