Job Description:
- Coordinate and organize all warehouse activities – shipping, receiving, deliveries, etc.
- Monitor incoming shipments and deliveries.
- Resolve work-related issues, prepare and submit progress and other reports and coordinate activities with other stakeholders.
- Ensure that emergency orders are delivered correctly and on time.
- Keep and organize the documentation of shipping and receiving logs.
- Inventory management, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Adult Care / Continence, Medical Supplies, Recreational Items, Cleaning, Disposables, Rehabilitation, Maintenance, and Office Supplies.
- Work with couriers to ensure smooth deliveries of products to our clients.
- Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Respond to emergency orders/calls.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Commerce/ Business / -Supply chain or a similar industry is preferred.
- Completion of High-School.
- A minimum of two to three years experience in management, warehousing, logistics or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, planning and timing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Weekend and night shift availability.
