We are now looking for a Cargo Handling Supervisor to join our team to ensure smooth operations.
About This Position
Employment type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours per week: 30 to 40
Hourly rate: $35.00

Job Duties
-Oversee cargo loading procedures and ensure that cargo space is used efficiently
-Monitor and calculate cargo weight within various compartments of vehicles to be used to ensure safety and compliance
-Supervise cargo distribution and transportation procedure in and out of our facilities
-Oversee and closely supervise all safety and security measures concerning employees, equipment, facilities involved in the operation
-Plan and organize the work and schedules of cargo department employees
-Monitor performance of employees and report issues to the management
-Resolve work related issues and make decisions accordingly
Qualifications
-Completion of Secondary School
-At least 2 to 3 years of related experience
