*Proactively interact with all levels of company lending personnel to provide legal support, draft riders to/update rural loan documentation, and resolve legal and policy issues. *Expected to work on all legal matters involving primarily the company, collaborate with company compliance and operations department members, as well as relationship managers and credit officers. *Review first drafts of RAF loan system prepared loan documentation to ensure loans are documented according to loan approval, appropriate regulations and credit policy, draft custom riders as necessary and coordinate legal aspects of loan closing.
