Job duties
• Maintain off-line and online sales channels for products and services.
• Initiate research, development, and implementation of new marketing programs.
• Develop messaging and positioning for markets and services, and analyze market trends to determine feasibility and profitability of new or existing offerings.
• Conduct marketing research, including competitors, marketing trends, products feedback, etc.
• Analyze consumer insights to translate them into marketing strategies.
• Manage and supervise corporate events and participate in product exhibitions.
• Guide, supervise the establishments of advertisement and publications, as well as ensuring the marketing campaign is in line with the objectives.
• Analyze advertising performance and work with the internal team to optimize.
• Make marketing strategic decisions for WhiteStone, including budget creation and management.
• Maintain the brand awareness of WhiteStone through marketing events and strategies.
• Prepare monthly reports and evaluate the performance of marketing activities.
• Hire, supervise and train employees in the marketing team.
Job Requirements:
• A college graduation is required
• 5 years of work experience in marketing is required
• 2 years of management experience is required
• Ability to decision-making and problem-solving
• Problem analysis, creative problem-solving working with facts and data reaching valid conclusions
• Collaboration and team ethic; able to work within a leadership team
• Persuasive, adaptable, and innovative
• Analysis and critical thinking
• Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills and ability to function in high pressure and time-sensitive deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities with minimal supervision
