Job Description:
Education：A university level or college diploma or equivalent experience as a sales, marketing or in a related occupation
Language：English
Salary：hourly wage of $40，work 37.5 hours per week， 52 weeks a year
Annual: $78,000
Job duties：
Establish distribution networks for services, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings, assist in product development,
Direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of establishments;
Follow up the needs of customers, sales promotion of membership cards and various car beauty, maintenance and care;
Company brand image management;
Researching and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customer requirement, identifying marketing trends to achieve the companys sales and marketing goals;
Assist with marketing budget development and projections;
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Understand current product value proposition and future application requirements for the portfolio.
Collect market information of competitors and similar products, identify and lead upgrades and options to current product portfolio
Work within the marketing team to prepare the new products and new market launch plans
Job Requirements:
Additional Requirement:
At least 5 years of sales or marketing experience in related industry;
Experience in management may be advantage;
Experience of E-commerce is preferred;
Brand or product marketing skills;
Strong leadership and team management skills;
Familiar with various car beauty techniques, familiar with the use, installation, basic maintenance and repair knowledge of various car washing and beauty equipment tools;
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics -driven thinking;
