Job Description:
Develop and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
Carries out administrative duties such as edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail also Screening phone calls and electronic enquiries and rely telephone calls and messages.
Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
Greet and assist visitors to the office
Coordinate, schedule and confirm the appointment
Organizing the fashion closet
Schedule and arrange a messenger to pick up and deliver clothing and accessories.
Maintain and ensure the stock of all supplies and accuracy of Inventory.
Determine and establish office procedures
Make travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights,cars and hotel reservations.
May compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities
May supervise and train office staff in procedures and in use of current software
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports.
Job Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Wages : $25.00 to $28.00 / hr
