Job Description:
Prepare and change moulds and adjust equipment for production line change
Set up and operate one or more moulding machines to mould plastic products.
Operate blow mould machine
Monitor heat/flow/mould temperature and control air pressure
Quality Control for finished products
Troubleshoot and service of blow moulding machine
Ensure all quality control procedures are being followed to maintain a stable process and product quality goals.
Deliver daily production targets

Requirements:
-Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
-Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a helper, tender, packer, or blow moulding machine operator is required.
- Due to the responsibility with the machinery handled and for safety/protection reasons, this position requires previous experience with moulding machines
-On-the-job training will be provided.
-Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks; Physically demanding; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Bending, crouching and kneeling; Standing for extended periods of time; Tight deadlines; Handling heavy loads.
-Personal suitability: Flexibility, Team player, Reliability
-Worksite environment: Fast-paced environment, Outdoors, Noisy, Dusty, Hot, Cold/refrigerated, At heights.
-Weight handling: More than to 45kg (100 lbs.)
-Language: English is required
Salary: $26.06 hourly, 40 hours per week.
Benefits: Extended Medical Insurance and Dental insurance will be provided. A uniform will also be provided.
Important Information: Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. It includes 30 minutes of paid lunchtime and 2 healthy breaks of 15 minutes each which are also paid. Weekend work and overtime may be required. Shifts may vary according to the business needs, therefore, flexibility in schedule is required.
