The Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster Shall:
*** Review policies, claim forms and other records to verify insurance coverage.
*** Direct injury investigation process.
*** Manage claims payment authorization process.
*** Evaluate and settle bodily injuries with claimants and attorneys.
*** Attend depositions, arbitrations, trials and other legal proceedings.
