Wage rate: $28.00 / hour, 40 hours/ week

Job Duties:
Recording the financial transactions in bookkeeping systems.
Posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
Maintaining general ledgers and preparing financial statements.
Arranging payment of accounts.
Preparing and sending invoices and receipts to debtors.
Processing payroll and maintaining employee records.
Checking figures and reporting for accuracy.
Completing and submitting tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents.
Preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
Essential Skills: Oral communication, working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Continuous learning.
