Job Duties:
a. Create and implement new product launch strategies to drive launch-day traffic
b. Lead the marketing department to do market research and analyze the outcome.
c. Provide suggestions in product development, guide and assess the marketing strategies of corporate identity.
d. Monitor and share industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital technologies and platforms.
e. Manage Social media accounts and use creative marketing strategies to generate leads and user interest
f. Oversee the website landing page content, updates, maintenance and other marketing materials of Portable Electric.
g. Maintain relationships with media, vendors, partners to promote the message of Portable Electric.
h. Evaluate competitors and follow the new market trends.
i. Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing and communication need are designed to support the overall vision and tone of the brand.
j. Communicate updates to the leadership team on performance, results, and marketing initiatives.
k. Hire, supervise and train employees in the marketing team.

Qualifications:
a.A Bachelor’s degree is required.
b.Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in marketing is required.
c.Minimum 2 years of experience in management position is required.
d.Ability to work in a fast-paced, corporate environment, while multitasking priorities within deadlines.
e.Comfortable interacting with different levels of management and working cross-functionally.
f.An innovator who is not afraid to explore new ways to achieve objectives.
