Compensation: $21.63 per hour
Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation

Duties:
- Assign work schedules to staff and ensure smooth operation.
- Keep track and purchase orders for beauty equipment, supplies and materials.
- Hire staff and train staff accordingly to work manual
- Check smooth operation of hair, esthetic, and laser equipment and arrange for maintenance
- Monitor and maintain service quality
- Keep track of supplies and inform stock for reordering
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Receive and address clients’ concern and complaints
