Job Position: Marketing Manager
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hourly Wage：$45-$50
Work Hour: 35 hours/week

Bluebird Travel is one of Canada’s largest travel agencies with a 30-year tradition. With the business development, we are looking for a permanent, full-time Marketing Manager to join us. This role will assist us with business development to multicultural communities.
Job Duties:
- Formulate corporate marketing plans, including market analysis, marketing strategies, advertising strategies, media planning and budgeting
- Responsible for channel expansion, developing and establishing cooperative relationships with customers, partners and third parties
- Study competition, conduct benchmark analysis and identify market trends
- Design marketing campaigns to promote products, itineraries, routes and services of bluebirdcanada.com
- Monitor all marketing programs at the corporate level: loyalty programs, incentives programs, acquisition programs and others
- Manage and update the corporate website and social media accounts, and conduct online marketing activities to generate traffic
- Analyze customer preference and satisfaction data and provide suggestions for customized services that meet different customer needs
- Develop joint marketing programs and activities and design travel packages with partners and suppliers
- Negotiate terms of agreement with customers, partners and third parties and finalize contracts
- Monitor and review all marketing activities and assess all the results achieved
- Act as a spokesman to deal with external public relations affairs and ensure corporate identity is properly maintained
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- A college diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of work experience in sales or marketing management
- Work experience in the travel industry is an asset
- Channel development experience is an asset
- Understanding of marketing principles and ability to research market trends
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills and attention to detail
