I am emailing with regards to the Job for the position of a Personal Assistant, Provisions Health is looking for a Remote Customer service/Personal assistant to handle greeting and directing residents, visitors, vendors, and guests, and perform general office management tasks.


High School degree or equivalent required.
Must be able to read written directions, comprehend verbal instructions, and write at the level necessary to accomplish this job.
Type at least 60 wpm and have experience using computers, telephones, printers, copiers, and fax machines.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Exemplary excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The candidate must also be experienced in a position requiring frequent

interaction with the public and present a professional image at all times.

The candidate must be able to assist and interact with Colleagues in a respectful manner.

3. Maintains an organized and clean reception area.

4. Remains at the receptionist desk or nearby while on duty.

5. Answers telephones promptly and properly, assuring each caller is treated courteously and is referred appropriately.

6. Takes accurate messages and assures that staff receives messages promptly.

7. Good attendance and Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
