Who You Are:

As the ideal candidate for this role, you are someone who can:

  • Manage the Health, Safety & Environment program, and implementation at all levels of the organization

  • Develop, maintain, and implement HSE policies and practices, meeting or exceeding local laws, regulations, codes, and requirements

  • Communicate the vision and importance of maintaining a strong safety culture across multiple geographies

  • Ensure a proactive approach to safety with monitoring and communicating department KPI's

  • Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to Senior Management on HSE programs

  • Provide leadership to drive safety incidents and injuries down using pragmatic and efficient solutions.

  • Manage all third-party relationships and expenditures inclusive of technology, risk/compliance carriers and regulatory agencies as part of the HSE program

  • Work closely with all operations teams to ensure HSE programs are well understood and practiced

  • Ensure compliance, development and timely completion of safety audits, investigations, corrective actions, and required training for the organization

  • Research to ensure current industry trends and best practices are implemented where appropriate

  • Support the sales teams with bid submittals related to our HSE program and safe work practices

  • Lead the quality team to apply consistent methodology to inspect our modular buildings in accordance to plans and compliance within applicable standards and building codes

  • Ensure compliance with the ISO 9001 standard and improving the quality of the design, development, and manufacturing of modular products

  • Provide subject matter expertise for quality standards and acts as a main point of contact for third party inspectors and governing entities

  • Establish measurement metrics for defects and implementing corrective action and control on NCR`s/CAR`s

  • Educate internal departments and stakeholders on implementation of QA/QC procedures, audit materials, training, and ongoing QA support

  • Provide technical information to internal departments on matters related to electrical, mechanical, and structural features and installations

  • Provide strategic direction and lead initiatives to ensure compliance is achieved for customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications


  • Bachelor's degree or related disciplinary experience required

  • Practical and working knowledge of federal, state, and regulatory agencies and standards in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management Systems

  • Minimum of 10 years of relative working experience, with 5 years working in a management role

  • Experience working in the construction, manufacturing or modular building construction is preferred

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

  • Proficient reading and interpreting architectural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical designs
