The General Counsel is responsible for oversight of legal matters and board relations. Under the general direction of the President and Dean and the Board of Trustees, the General Counsel provides legal services to the organization on a wide variety of topics and issues, including compliance, risk management, employment, internal investigations, contracts, policies, and litigation on behalf of, or in defense of, the school. The General Counsel works closely with the board of trustees and ensures accurate corporate records, including bylaws, minutes, and filings. The General Counsel will review, manage and prepare budgets on behalf of the President and Dean.
