Job Description:
Abbey Farms, a non-profit business supporting the monks of Marmion Academy, is looking for temporary/permanent part-time employees to work on our farm, in our retail store, and in our cafe, especially during the Holiday Season. We have an upcoming Pumpkin Festival and Christmas Festival and need 100 employees to help man outside amusement rides, concession stands, indoor retail store, kitchen help, food servers, and bartenders for our location. Must be over 18 to serve alcohol, and 21 to drive tractors. Flexible hours, mainly 4 to 7-hour shifts, are great for college students, retirees, and senior citizens looking for extra money or getting out of the house. Pay is $12 an hour. Cafe servers, bartenders, and kitchen help can start immediately and be permanent jobs, while others will start in September and run through December.
We will be holding open interviews on Saturday, August 20 from noon to 4 in the big red barn. Come on in and see what we're all about!
