Industrial Designer
Vesta Cucine Inc. in Richmond, BC is looking for an experienced, energetic, & creative Industrial Designers.
Conditions:
Position: Industrial Designer Kitchen Furniture Design & Consulting (NOC 2252)
Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week (Full-time, Permanent Position)
Hourly Wage: $33.00/hour
Vacation: 10 days paid vacation/year or 4% gross salary
Benefit: Group Insurance (After 3 months of probation)

Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the same or closely related position
Education: A university degree in industrial design, architecture, engineering or A college diploma in industrial design is required
Excellent working knowledge of AUTO CAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, MS office (Excel & Power point)

Language: English
Job Duties:
Consult with client, engineers or production specialists to establish product requirements
Conduct research into cost, properties of production materials and methods of production
Prepare initial layout and details of the kitchen cabinets (finish, accessories, etc) to make proposal for clients
Prepare 3D renderings for clients
Prepare shop drawings for the ongoing projects
Work in collaboration with project managers and factory representatives
Attend client presentations meetings and consultations with sales director as required
